Electro-Mechanical Technician Job in Zimmerman, MN

Client in Zimmerman looking for an Electro-Mechanical Technician to make electrical cable assemblies from engineering drawings, testing them and placing them in stock locations or on job carts in production... Entry level to mid level position... MUST be mechanically inclined, detail oriented, and understand the difference in a good or bad crimp on a wire... this job mandates a lot of sitting and working at a bench with a lot of hand crimping involved to produce these cable assemblies... MUST have background &/or be familiar with calipers and micrometers, hand crimping tools, reading of electrical schematics, cable test equipment, solder iron, and heat guns... Duties include occasional microscope/stereo scope work, crimping pins on wires, soldering components to circuit boards, and computer work... $12-17 per hour DOQ, full-time days, Monday-Friday, long-term, trial to hire for the right applicant...
